NDET-13-04-17 Obit Joan Webley

Joan Webley has passed away suddenly at home in Derby, aged 57. Joan was born at Scarsdale Hospital as a New Years Baby.She lived at Carr vale in her early years, later at Glapwell before moving to Derby to pursue her nursing career. Joan started her nursing as a student at Chesterfield Royal laterr to become sister mainly working in the A&E department. Joan then moved to Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, spent many years working in the A& E which she loved and later managed the minor injuries unit at Ripley.Joan had a love of music and dancing from West Indian to jazz and country, she also enjoyed painting and researching the family history.Joan leaves brothers Alan and Stan, nephews Mathew, Mark and Gary and was predeceased by Adrian.
