Mrs Kathleen Key of Morton Grange Nursing Home has passed away, aged 96. Born in Shirland, Kathleen was a lifelong local resident. She worked as a school cook at Wessington School, retired in the mid 70's.Kathleen enjoyed singing and dancing when younger, watching quiz shows and sport on television liked football, she was a Derby County fan, joined in activities in Morton Grange, also liked the weekly singing and bingo.Kathleen was wife to the late Mr Stephen Key. She leaves her daughter and son-in-law.The funeral will take place on Wednesday April 12th 2017 at 11.00 am at St Leonards Church, Shirland, followed by cremation at Amber Valley Crematorium (Immediate family only).
