A service at St Philip Neri Church, Mansfield, preceded cremation at Mansfield Crematorium of Mrs Teresa Henton, aged 87, of 15 Farmcroft Road, Mansfield Woodhouse.During the service a reading and eulogy were given by her son and youngest daughter.Born at Ulverston, Cumbria she moved to Mansfield Woodhouse after meeting her husband at Blackpool Tower Ballroom. Happily married for 54 years they raised one son and three daughters.She enjoyed spending time with her family, nature, mini breaks and cruises, playing bingo and listening to music, especially Joe Longthorne in concert.Mrs Henton who died at King's Mill Hospital, Sutton on the 17th of February 2017, leaves one son, two daughters, six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She is now reunited with her loving husband Albert who sadly passed away in 2002 and her daughter Christine who also sadly passed away in 2016.Mourners were, Mr and Mrs P.Smith, Mr and Mrs A.W.Henton, Mr and Mrs M.Petrovic, Mr and Mrs J.Catley, Mr and Mrs D.Smith, Master J. The service was conducted by Father Raphael Imoni and arrangements were by A.W.Lymn.
