It’s the same with Savile Row-trained tailor Gill Long who is confident that her team at Hull-based Cock of the Walk can produce 250 surgical gowns a day.

Another example of Yorkshire’s famed can-do spirit, such enterprise just needs to be harnessed – and deployed – as expeditiously and effectively as possible.
