The Yorkshire Post says: Home of cycling. Tour de Yorkshire's true winners
This region would not have been showcased at its glorious best without the organisers, councils, volunteers, emergency services and many more who helped to promote this county, and its unrivalled scenery, as one of the world’s top tourist locations.
Or the spectators who turned out in overwhelming numbers, and made the most of the warm weather, to demonstrate the community spirit that exists here.

Thank you to one and all. Another victory for Team Yorkshire, it also bodes well for 2019 when the UCI Road World Championships come to the home of cycling.
