Letter: Blue plaques - search for Tweedys

The one in White Horse Yard caught my attention most as my great great grandfather was a coachman from those stables.

His name was George Tweedy, he died in the year 1895, aged 77.

So he must have been there in the 1870s, I am not sure about that.

I was born in White Horse Yard at the top end.

If there are still any Tweedy family in Whitby, I would be happy to swap or give any family history I have.
