Letter: Thanks for great support

The money was raised through committee events such as coffee mornings, a bridge lunch, a Christmas Fayre, a fashion show with Collections of Beverley and Jaegar, a music and mulled wine evening with Longcroft Gospel Choir, not to mention the book exchange in Cherry Lane Garden Centre who continue to support us throughout the year.

Other money such as legacies and regular donations also helped us to raise this wonderful amount.

All money raised is spent wisely throughout the region and every penny raised in Yorkshire stays in Yorkshire.

We are the only charity dedicated to addressing the cancer problems in Yorkshire.

Our dream is that by 2025, at least 2,000 fewer people in Yorkshire will die from cancer every year.
