Overgrown approach

on an early morning trip to Leeds-Bradford Airport, I was struck by how many road signs are obscured by roadside vegetation – and by the number of speed cameras.

Is it not reasonable to ask that part of the proceeds of the cameras are spent on roadside maintenance?

I wish to trace the descendants of my grandfather’s brother John Owen James, who died at a hospice in Huddersfield in July 1988. He lived at Vulcan Gardens, Dewsbury and his daughter Judith Irene Sheard lived at Penistone Road, Shelley. I would be grateful for any help.
