Parish councils seek new members

A by-election to fill either vacancy will be held if ten electors of the respective parish council write to the chief executive of East Riding Council at County Hall, Beverley, East Yorkshire, HU17 9BA, claiming an election.

The deadline for Stamford Bridge and North Cave residents is 18 December.

If the chief executive does not receive such a request, the parish councils can elect a new member from those who have expressed an interest.
