BBC Look North presenter Keeley Donovan has announced the birth of her first child.

Donovan, 37, gave birth to daughter Scout at Leeds General Infirmary on Friday and her husband Johnny I'Anson, a BBC Radio Leeds presenter, has thanked NHS staff who delivered her.

The weather presenter married I'Anson in a rustic ceremony at a farm in Knaresborough in 2018, with fellow Look North anchor Harry Gration conducting the service.

They live in Chapel Allerton, north Leeds, with their two cats.

Donovan is originally from Grimsby and is the daughter of former Rotherham United footballer Terry Donovan.
