The upcoming blockbuster films and TV shows shot in Yorkshire

Yorkshire's growing reputation as one of the nation's best places to shoot films and television shows has intensified in recent months with a host of blockbuster projects.

Here are some of the biggest features and series to have been linked with the county and coming to the big and small screens.

Channel 5 announced last month the commission of All Creatures Great and Small, a new adaptation based on best-selling author James Herriots cherished and iconic collection of stories. Filming is due to start in August, with a release in 2020.

Bradford City Hall and a private home in Huddersfield were used at locations for the next series of Peaky Blinders, and various locations across Yorkshire have been used in the past. The fifth season premiere took place in Birmingham this week.
