Update: Police find 17-year-old girl who went missing from Yorkshire village

UPDATE: Keira Booth has been found by police.

Police are appealing to the public to hhelp track down a missing teenager in Yorkshire.

Keira Booth was reported missing from the Yorkshire village of Haworth shortly after 9pm on Monday (Jun 10). It is thought she may have travelled to Batley or Heckmondwike.

A statement from West Yorkshire Police said: “Keira is described as white female, approximately 6ft2 with long auburn dyed hair which is usually in a ponytail.

"She was last seen wearing skinny denim jeans and a black and grey hooded top.

“Enquiries suggest Keira has travelled to the Batley or Heckmondwike area of Kirklees.

“Officers and Keira’s family are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare and are appealing to the public to assist with ongoing enquiries to locate her.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police immediately on 101 quoting reference number 1806 of June 10.
