Raiders target elderly victim at Dewsbury cash machine

Three robbers targeted an elderly woman using a cash machine in Dewsbury.

Officers says three suspects, one man and two women, are believed to have watched the woman entering her PIN number and later took her bank card. The victim realised her card was missing and that an amount of cash had been taken from her bank account.

The incident happened outside a bank on Crackenedge Lane on Friday, September 11 between 10.15 and 11am when the elderly woman was using a cash machine at the bank.

Officers have now released images of three people they would like to speak to in connection with the theft which are available at www.westyorkshire.police.uk. Anyone who recognises them or has any information is asked to contact PC 2906 Samantha Smith at Dewsbury and Mirfield Neighbourhood Policing Team on 101 or alternatively call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
