Motorcyclist dead after crash between Kilnsey and Kettlewell

A motorcyclist has died after a crash in North Yorkshire.

It happened on the B6160, approximately a mile north of Kilnsey, at around 12.50pm today (Sunday).

It involved a black and white motorbike that was travelling from Kilnsey towards Kettlewell.

The 52-year-old man riding the motorbike was pronounced dead at the scene.

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who saw the collision or has any dash-cam footage taken in the area at the time.
