TV chef to join food fair at historic hall
The Derbyshire Food Fair is being held in the grounds of historic Hardwick Hall on Saturday and Sunday, May 21 and 22.
More than 10,000 people visited last year’s event and so far more than 70 businesses have signed up to take part.

Hide AdCoun Simon Spencer said: “It’s fantastic that so many food and drink businesses are keen to get involved with this prestigious event.
“It is now firmly on Derbyshire’s culinary calendar and we’re keen for even more people to take part.
“It’s a perfect opportunity for businesses to meet their customers face-to-face and to give people a chance to try their produce before they buy.
“This event also contributes greatly to the county’s economy through tourism and promoting local produce and suppliers.”

Hide AdThis year’s festival will include cookery demonstrations from Simon Rimmer, resident chef on BBC2’s Something for the Weekend, and Dean Andrews from ITV’s Daybreak. There will also be live music, theatre, arts and crafts.
