Armistice Day at Oliver's Mount in Scarborough Yorkshire fell silent to remember its fallen heroes today.
Remembrance services took place across the county, with large parades and gatherings in Leeds, York, Harrogate, Sheffield and Scarborugh.
York's poignant service is held at the Minster.
