Forecasters predict more snow for Leeds and Yorkshire after Storm Christoph

Snow may hit Leeds later this week, forecasters have predicted.

Snow could hit Leeds on Wednesday night and during the day on Thursday, according to The Weather Channel.

On Friday night the chance of snow is at 40 per cent as temperatures plunge to below freezing, the forecaster said.

Snow showers are forecast at the weekend, but only around a couple of centimetres.

The Met Office also said there was a "risk of gales and snow" across Yorkshire on Thursday.
