Six bookings were made for afternoon tea at the National Railway Museum's Countess of York, while Oxo's on the Mount in York is also fully booked.

Gaucho in Leeds has only two slots left on Valentine's evening after 33 couples reserved in one day, and the Fire Lake Grill House also has only two spaces remaining.

The Whippet Inn in York has one reservation left, and Leeds's Lavanta Meze Bar and Grill can accommodate another five couples.

The list was compiled by Open Table based on the most bookings made for the evening of February 14 using the reservation and review site.
