A viral Amazon deal has slashed the price of a top-rated Shark steam mop, with thousands of shoppers snapping it up while stocks last

This is Amazon's best-selling steam mop right now, and it's no surprise because not only is it one of the cheapest, it's made by one of the most popular cleaning brands, and it's nearly half price.

Normally costing £69.99, a short-lived deal on Amazon has seen the price slide down to just £39. And that's the lowest it's ever been sold at. A saving of 44%.

Steam mops take hard-floor cleaning to the next level, by applying serious heat to the floor, which is more effective for sanitising.

Shark's controlled studies found up to 99.9% of household bacteria would be wiped out with its steam cleaner, which can be used on sealed hard floors including tile, marble, hard wood, and stone.

The cleaning pads on the S1000UK steam mop are reusable, you just pop them in the washing machine, and there's a 375ml tank on board, containing the water that heats up to steaming point in just 30 seconds.

Out of more than 13,000 sales, this steam mop has a review score of 4.4, so it's clear it's been a hit with customers.
