12.25: Adam Lyth goes to his half-century from 70 balls with his ninth boundary, a lovely on-driven four off Harris. Yorkshire are 81-0.

12.20: Frustration for Glamorgan as Adam Lyth is dropped on 48 by James Harris in his follow-through. It was not a particularly difficult chance, away to his left, and came with the total on 71-0.

Lyth had played beautifully up to then, with plenty of sparkling cover drives and a hooked six off Michael Neser the highlights.

11.45: No alarms so far for Yorkshire, who have advanced to 32-0 after 11 overs.

Adam Lyth has produced a couple of handsome off-driven boundaries and moved to 18, while Fin Bean (nine) has given solid support.

It’s not going to be easy for Glamorgan to win this game in better batting conditions than earlier in the match.

10.45: The players are finishing their warm-ups and play is due to start on time.

Yorkshire have been set 492 to win, which would be one of the biggest victory targets ever achieved, so their best hope is to try to secure the draw.
