Mads Andersen - an important clearance right at the death 7

Michal Helik - defender the Reds can rely on 6

Jasper Moon - back in his familiar position 6

Callum Brittain - his quick-thinking was behind Aaron Leya Iseka's winner 7

Claudio Gomes - a very good midfield performance from the Manchester City youngster until he succumbed to injury 8

Josh Benson - a welcome first start after injury, not least for his set-piece deliveries 7

Callum Styles - substituted early in the second half, he is not hitting the heights of last season 6

Victor Adeboyejo - needed a deflection to do it, but broke a goalscoring duck which had stretched back 39 games 6

Cauley Woodrow - hammered a free-kick into the wall but quite a subdued display without much service 6

Aaron Leya Iseka - his calmly-taken finish was his third goal in as many games 7
