Walton. His bellowing instructions to his defenders was one highlight of a pretty quiet spectacle. Little to do, in truth. 6

Sollbauer. A couple of dodgy moments, with Coventry looking strong down Barnsley's right-hand side. 6

Helik. Made a couple of timely blocks and got over an early faux pas. Looked as likely as anyone to score at the other end with his forays forward in the first half before coming off at the interval. 6

Andersen. Solid enough and cleared his lines. 7

Ludewig. Struggled to get into the game and had a lively customer to look after in Giles. Moved into a back four in the second half. 6

Styles. As involved as anyone and tried to push Barnsley forward. Booked. 7

Mowatt. Inhibited by his standards and could not dictate in the first period. Upped it on the restart and off target with a curler. 6

J Williams. Plenty of energy, but not everything came off and was loose in possession at times. 5

Thomas. Fired a decent early chance wide, but got little change out of his former club's backline. 5

Woodrow. Desperately needs a presence alongside him to get the best of him. A tale of furstration at the moment. Work rate was there, but needs a break in front of goal. Booked. 5

Chaplin. Had a frustrating first half and could not make any impact. A touch better on the resumption. 6
