Supercomputer's fresh League One forecast with Bradford City, Barnsley FC, Huddersfield Town & Doncaster Rovers verdicts

Opta have predicted where the likes of Bradford City, Barnsley and Huddersfield Town will finish in the League One table.

It was a tough weekend for most of League One’s Yorkshire clubs, with Huddersfield the only victors.

The Terriers punished Rotherham United for a poor showing in their Yorkshire derby clash, claiming a 3-1 win.

Sam Nombe hit back for the Millers late on but the damage had already been done by Lynden Gooch, Bojan Radulovic and Leo Castledine.

Barnsley, meanwhile, were beaten 3-0 on the road by Exeter City. Post-match, Reds boss Conor Hourihane was left lamenting his side’s inconsistency.

Bradford have been flying high in the third tier, although Graham Alexander’s side had their wings clipped by Leyton Orient. Stephen Humphrys gave the Bantams the lead before a Dom Ballard brace turned the game on its head.

Doncaster Rovers had a particularly horrid weekend, suffering a humiliating 5-1 defeat to Plymouth Argyle at the Eco-Power Stadium.

Elsewhere, Blackpool gave their survival hopes a boost by beating Wigan Athletic 2-0 on their travels. Lincoln City were also celebrating after toppling League One leaders Cardiff City.

Mansfield Town were beaten by Stockport County, Peterborough United edged past Port Vale and Wycombe Wanderers were victorious against Bolton Wanderers. Stevenage and Burton Albion, meanwhile, played out a 2-2 draw. and Northampton Town swept AFC Wimbledon aside.

Following the latest round of results, Opta have refreshed their supercomputer to predict how the final League One table will look.
