Bradford City sign confidentiality clause over possible takeover
The 69-year-old Italian is keen to make his return to English football after leaving QPR in 2011 and has previously attempted to purchase Birmingham City from Carson Yeung.
Paladini has registered as a director of a new Bradford City holding company in what appears to be the first move towards taking control at Valley Parade.

Hide AdIn late 2012, Solihull-based Paladini was part of a consortium who made moves to purchase Birmingham, but their bids were rejected by the Midlands club.
Paladini, who moved to the Birmingham area at the age of 22, worked in the restaurant and nightclub industry before branching out and becoming a football agent.
Paladini brokered deals for former Middlesbrough players Juninho, Fabrizio Ravenelli and was a well connected go-between for transfers involving Italian players and first became involved in QPR in 2003-04.
He rose to the rank of chairman and secured the considerable financial clout of his friends Bernie Ecclestone and Flavio Briatore at the West London club.
Napoli-born Paladini made a failed attempt to take over Port Vale in late 2003.
