Following Hull City’s recent takeover, Acun Ilicali was quick to make his first signing as owner.
The 52-year-old brought in Regan Slater from Sheffield United – much to the happiness of supporters after the midfielder’s successful loan spell at the club last season.
The Tigers also parted ways with striker Josh Magennis, who joined Wigan Athletic.
