The Terriers have endured a relatively indifferent start to the campaign, losing four of their first eight matches, and find themselves 16th in the table.

Their last outing saw them suffer a late loss at the hands of Birmingham City in midweek, with Lukas Jutkiewicz striking in the 90th minute for the Blues.

By contrast, Millwall have been one of the success stories of the season to date, and are currently in a play-off place after losing just once since the beginning of the campaign.

That defeat came against Swansea City earlier in the month, but the Lions have bounced back admirably since then, winning two and drawing twice more in their last four matches.

Gary Rowett’s side host Town having comfortably beaten Preston North End on Wednesday, and once again, Prutton believes that they will come away with all three points on Saturday.

Writing for Sky Sports, the pundit predicted a 2-0 loss for Huddersfield.

The Terriers took one point from their two meetings against Millwall last term, picking up a 1-1 draw in September.

Their last trip to The Den was a traumatic affair, however, with the Lions running rampant in a convincing 4-1 victory on the closing day of last season back in July.

Karlan Grant scored Town’s consolation that day, while Connor Mahoney, Jake Cooper, Jiri Skalak, and Jon Dadi Bodvarsson got on the scoresheet for the hosts.
