Doncaster Rovers battled from an early setback to gain all three points against MK Dons at the Keepmoat Stadium.
Dons took a third-minute lead when Aneke fired home.
But striker John Marquis equalised for the hosts just after half-time.
Then up popped Matty Blair on 71 minutes to grab a Rovers win.
