Former Leeds United boss Steve Evans has returned to management and taken over at League Two outfit Mansfield Town.

Mansfield have been quick to replace Adam Murray, who only stepped down as boss on Tuesday.

Evans has been out of work since he was sacked as Leeds boss at the end of last season after leading the club to a 13th-placed finish in the Championship.
