FT Bradford City 2 Southend 0: McMahon leads Bantams to Valley Parade win
Bradford City closed the gap on the League One play-off spots tonight when they beat Southend at Valley Parade.
The Bantams now have 47 points, trailing sixth-placed Millwall by three points, but with a game in hand.
Tony McMahon fired City in front after 17 minutes.
And James Hanson’s header saw Bradford double their advantage on 74 minutes to clinch all three points.
