Colchester United v Harrogate Town - Simon Weaver hails ‘refreshed’ Town
Promoted from the National League this summer, the Wetherby Road outfit’s debut season in the EFL could hardly have gone much better thus far.
They sit fourth in the League Two standings ahead of this afternoon’s trip to Colchester having won three games on the spin.

“I think there has been a progression during the last few games, certainly,” said Weaver.
“The first game was a resounding win at Southend then we had a couple of games where we were looking a little bit heavy-legged in parts and now we look refreshed.
“We’ve had three good wins on the bounce and it has given everyone a lift but we know that the energy levels have to be sustained throughout matches to stay in matches and give ourselves the best possible chance of winning them as well.

Victory at Colchester today could see Town take over at the top of League Two, and leading marksman Jack Muldoon is backing the club to challenge.
“We can definitely continue to challenge, 100 per cent,”he said.
“The players we are up against are only human, so if we keep bringing our A-game then I believe we can continue picking up results.”
