Huddersfield Town offer for influential midfielder is 'rejected' by League One rivals
The Liverpool-born player is about to enter the final year of his contract at the Memorial Stadium and Rovers' resolve has been tested following an offer from Town, which has been rejected according to Bristol Live.

Hide AdEvans, 25, is the reigning player of the year at Rovers after scoring 10 goals and contributing nine assists in 52 games last term - and was widely considered to be the most consistent performer for the club in a mixed 2023-24 campaign from a team perspective.
Portsmouth have previously been linked with Evans, who is expected to move on at the end of his current deal.
Town have made one breakthrough so far in the summer window after bringing in Lincoln City right-sided wing-back Lasse Sorensen.
