Hull City manager Grant McCann not drawn on Kyle Dempsey transfer speculation

HULL CITY manager Grant McCann says he has "no interest" in discussing transfer speculation after Kyle Dempsey was linked with the club this week.

Hull are on the cusp of promotion back to the Championship, with victory at Lincoln City tomorrow guaranteeing their return to the second tier.

Reports claimed the Gillingham captain is a target of McCann's but the Tigers boss was not willing to discuss the speculation and expects plenty more names to be linked with his side in the coming months.

"I am sure there are a lot of names that will be linked with us moving forward.

"We are probably at the stage of the season now when agents will start throwing names out there. I don't want to comment on any speculation."

Hull have no new injury concerns heading into tomorrow's fixture with the Imps.

"We are just the same as we were for Tuesday. Everybody has come through the game fine," added McCann.

"The only three players we haven't got available are long term ones. Everybody else is fine.

"Jacob is fine. He has got a little bit of nasty swelling around his eye but he is good.
