George Long 6. Excellent save from McGeady but he was in no position to dent Pearce when the corner was not dealt with

Angus McDonald 7. An excellent sliding block in the first half and a crucial header to deny Hemed in the second

Jordy De Wijs 6. Got an earful for letting Marcus Bonne get free

Callum Elder 7. Hemed peeled to the right to work Elder hard but he still got forward well

Josh Bowler 5. A miskick and a header wide, albeit when offside

Jon Toral 6. Started well but it was a false dawn for Hull
