Premier League TV changes: Surprise snub means Leeds United have rare run of Saturday 3pm kick-offs but Hull City's last traditional home game of 2026 looming

Hull City have seen two further Premier League matches in December moved for television, confirming their schedule for the remainder of 2026, but Leeds United have surprisingly been given a run of Saturday three o'clock games.

The broadcasters have surprisingly overlooked Leeds' trip to Anfield, just as they did the game at Chelsea the previous month, meaning that between the November international break and Christmas, all the Whites' weekend games kick off at the traditional time.

Both Leeds and Hull have seen the kick-off time for their first game of the month brought forward, with their matches against Manchester City and Nottingham Forest one of four matches Sky Sports viewers can choose from at 7.30pm, before four more at 8.15pm on December 2.

Hull's home game against Tottenham Hotspur has also been moved, to a Monday night. It kicks off at 8pm on December 14, and will be shown live on Sky Sports.

Premier League clubs had already been given advanced warning of their Festive schedule, with the Boxing Day match at home to Liverpool now kicking off at 5.30pm. They finish the year with a home game against Leeds on 29th (7.30pm).

Leeds will play Chelsea, Ipswich Town, Liverpool and Fulham on consecutive Saturdays, before kicking off at Aston Villa at 12.30pm on Boxing Day in a game being shown by TNT Sports.

By contrast, the October 31 match at home to Ipswich will be Hull's last Saturday three o'clock home fixture of 2026.

Both teams have been knocked out of the League Cup, meaning their next cup match will not be until the FA Cup third round in the new year.
