Joy of six as Hull City complete frenetic summer window while Leeds United end striker search
HULL CITY'S busy transfer activity pushed their net spend past the £100 million mark on a deadline day bonanza - capping off a record summer of spending by Premier League clubs.
Top-flight clubs broke their all-time summer transfer record after spending reached £3.46billion.

A total of £475m was spent on deadline day itself, up from £391m last year. Hull confirmed six new arrivals on the final day of transfer activity, to take their summer spending comfortably into nine figures.
Greek defensive midfielder Christos Mouzakitis arrived in a deal worth around £12.8m, while ex-Huddersfield Town winger Sorba Thomas joined in a move which could eventually be worth £10m.

Roma loan forward Robinio Vaz also joined towards the end of deadline day.
Slightly earlier, a combined total of around £34m was spent on Everton midfielder Tim Iroegbunam and Genoa full-back Brooke Norton-Cuffy, with City making their first 'strike' earlier in the day with the addition of Union Berlin forward Ilyas Ansah for a fee of £17.1m.
The flurry of incoming activity brought Hull's total number of new recruits in a frenetic summer window to a staggering 18.
In a window that saw Leeds United become one of a handful of top-flight clubs to break their transfer record following the £40m signing of Manchester City goalkeeper James Trafford, two new arrivals joined on deadline day to take their number of summer signings up to seven.
The signing of Eintracht Frankfurt's jet-paced winger Jean-Matteo Bahoya, who apparently rejected overtures from Hull, ended the club's search for a new striking option.
The 21-year-old has joined on an initial loan with Leeds having an obligation to buy at a price understood to be around £20m, with an extra £4.3m of potential add-ons. This is in addition to a £1.7m loan fee.
Meanwhile, Nice left-back Melvin Bard completed his move on an initial loan with an option to make the deal permanent.
In the outward direction, Wilfried Gnonto joined Fiorentina on a season-long loan. The deal could be worth £18m, including add-ons, if it is made permanent.
Largie Ramazani joined Burnley on loan with an obligation to make the move permanent next summer.
