Derby County-linked Leeds United ace tipped for exit, ex-Huddersfield Town man aims dig at Sheffield Wednesday

Leeds United take on Chelsea in an eagerly-anticipated Saturday lunchtime clash at Elland Road tomorrow afternoon, in a game where the Whites will be looking to inflict defeat on Thomas Tuchel for the first time in his role as Blues manager.

Speaking ahead of the game, Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa was quizzed on why youngster Elia Caprile was on the bench against West Ham last weekend, over Kiko Casilla.

He claimed: “I received a notice from the institution that said that Caprile was given a place on the bench due to his performances, this is not a conclusion that I have said.

“When I make a decision on the presence or an absence of a player I don't explain the motives. What I do say is the truth.

“If it's because of injury then I say it is because of injury, in the case of Casilla and Caprile, of course I value Caprile, I also know the difference between one and the other and what I said to explain Casilla's absence was that he was not injured and that I decided that he would not participate and Caprile would. I think what I said is true and sufficient.”

Meanwhile, down in the Championship, Huddersfield Town are gearing up for a trip to QPR, as they look to extend their unbeaten run to three matches and move back up the table.
