Blackburn Rovers v Sheffield Wednesday

Team news: Blackburn could have on-loan Leicester striker Tom Lawrence fit after he suffered a knock in training last week. Manager Paul Lambert has reported no other fresh injury concerns this week and could include Doneil Henry in his squad after the Canadian defender returned to Rovers for another loan spell from West Ham.

Huddersfield v Middlesbrough

Team news: Harry Bunn is suspended for Town, while Philip Billing and Joel Lynch are still out injured. Mustapha Carayol also can’t play under the terms of his loan switch to the John Smith’s from Boro. Joe Murphy is out with an ankle injury so Jed Steer will start in goal. As for the visitors, Bruno Zuculini is set to step in for the suspended Grant Leadbitter. Adam Forshaw is also in contention after shrugging off a hamstring problem, but Tomas Kalas is out. Rhys Williams, Alex Baptiste and Damia Abella are also sidelined.

Team news: Liam Bridcutt is in line for his debut after joining from Sunderland on loan. Gaetano Berardi serves the first game of a two-match ban, but Sol Bamba and Charlie Taylor are in contention.

Rotherham United v Bristol City

Team news: Rotherham striker Leon Best is suspended after his red card last week at Leeds United, while loan signing Luke Hyam could be named as substitute as manager Neil Redfearn keeps faith with the side which won at Elland Road.

Team news: Barnsley’s on-loan midfielder Lloyd Isgrove (hamstring) looks set to play. Aidy White set for test after concussion, but Kevin Long is suspended.

Team news: Reece Burke is still out with a knee injury despite renewing his loan move from West Ham United in midweek, meaning Nathan Clarke will continue in defence alongside Rory McArdle. Greg Leigh is also set to keep his place ahead of James Meredith, who is fully fit again. James Hanson reported no ill-effects to his unexpected return from injury in Tuesday’s goalless draw at home to Coventry City.

Team news: Jackie McNamara’s biggest task today is choosing which of his ten loanees gets one of the five slots allowed for temporary signings in a matchday squad of 18. Bradley Fewster, Mark Kitching, Jordan Lussey, Stefan O’Connor, Kenny McEvoy all arrived this week and are pushing to be involved. Danny Galbraith, though, is not expected to feature despite signing yesterday as an unattached player. He has not played since being released by Gillingham last summer.
