Championship

Charlton v Sheffield Wednesday

Team news: Spanish midfielder Alex Lopez is back in contention for Wednesday after injury. Wingers Marco Matias and Modou Sougou have returned to training and should be available to play after the international break. Defender Michael Turner is out long-term.

Huddersfield Town v Leeds United

Team news: Joel Lynch is suspended after collecting his fifth booking for Town in midweek but Dean Whitehead is back from his own one-game ban. Sean Scannell (ankle) and Jonathan Hogg (thigh) are again struggling. For Leeds, Sol Bamba returns from suspension and is likely to return as captain.

Hull City v Middlesbrough

Team news: Curtis Davies is out and Alex Bruce a major doubt, meaning Harry Maguire is in line for a rare league start for the Tigers. Robert Snodgrass will play for the Under-21s on Monday, his first action in 15 months. 
For Boro, Cristhian Stuani (groin/hamstring) is out. Alex Baptiste could return to training next month after a broken leg.

Rotherham United v Ipswich Town

Team news: Rotherham boss Neil Redfearn hopes to recall captain Lee Frecklington and last season’s top scorer Matt Derbyshire after spells out injured.

FA Cup 1st round

Accrington v York City

Team news: Dean Winnard is suspended for Accrington Stanley, although former York City man Bradley Halliday is available after joining Stanley on loan. New York City manager Jackie McNamara is waiting on clearance from parent club Middlesbrough for on-loan midfielder Bryn Morris.

Aldershot v Bradford City

Team news: Reece Burke suffered a spasm in his lower back but is expected to be fit after 48 hours of recuperation. Billy Clarke has suffered no reaction to his two recent appearances from the bench but Christopher Routis is still out with calf problem. He is, though, due to return to training soon.

Altrincham v Barnsley

Team news: Marley Watkins and Conor Hourihane have stepped up training after long-term injuries, but today may come too soon for the duo. Ryan Williams remains sidelined. Loan player Kadeem Harris has gone back to Cardiff City after picking up an injury.

FC Halifax Town v Wycombe Wanderers

Team news: Kevin Roberts (groin) will be assessed by Halifax, while Nat Brown came through last weekend’s game at Eastleigh unscathed after suffering from a similar problem. The Shaymen this week signed England U20 international goalkeeper Russell Griffiths from Everton.

Sheffield United v Worcester City

Team news: The Blades look set for changes with George Long, Kieran Wallace, Harrison McGahey, Stefan Scougall and Terry Kennedy all set for a start. Ryan Flynn and Bob Harris could retain their places after recalls last week in defeat at Crewe. Worcester’s experienced goalkeeper Nathan Vaughan returns from suspension.
