There is no shame in drawing with Mikel Arteta's side but the Whites' performance was worthy of more than that, hitting the woodwork three times in a match they dominated.
Despite again failing to put the opposition to bed, there were plenty of positives, as reflected in the individual player ratings.

Luke Ayling – coped well at right-back considering Raphinha was not so diligent tracking back 6
Robin Koch – very good defensively including an excellent first-half interception, and played a clever pass Rodrigo hammered against the post 8
Liam Cooper – a booking was the only blot on his performance 7

Kalvin Phillips – suffered a worrying knee injury but played through it. Leeds looked better for his return 7
Raphinha – Marcelo Bielsa might ask him to improve his tracking back but pretty much every other aspect of his full debut was outstanding. Hit the post late on 8
Stuart Dallas – excellent in central midfield, found it tougher when moved to right-back 7

Jack Harrison – Leeds were most dangerous down his wing in an excellent first half 7
Patrick Bamford – headed against the post 7

Poveda (for Harrison, 80) – another who made a big impact from the bench 7
