A win for the Whites could see them move closer to the top half of the table, as they look to finish the 2020/21 season on a high after an impressive return to Premier League football.
Speaking ahead of the game, defender Pascal Struijk admitted his delight with how much football he's played this season, with injury problems to a number of key players seeing him brought into action.
He claimed: “I've enjoyed every game, it's still my dream to play in the Premier League and to play week in and week out sometimes is really good to me"
“It is a challenge, mostly in the midfield role because that's the most difficult for me. I'm a natural centre-half I think. The right side is good, the left side is known for me but midfield is a challenge.”
Meanwhile, down in the Championship, Barnsley take on Sheffield Wednesday in what should be a fiercely-fought Yorkshire derby, Rotherham United head to Bristol City as they look to claw their way out of the relegation zone, while Huddersfield Town aren't back in action until after the international break.
Here are today's biggest transfer stories and the latest team news involving Leeds United, Huddersfield Town and a host of other sides from Yorkshire and beyond, as the build-up to the upcoming weekend's action continues:
