Barcelona are ready to make an offer worth up to £60m for Raphinha in a bid to beat Chelsea to the Brazilian's signature. The La Liga giants financial position received a considerable boost yesterday after they reportedly agreeing to sell 10 per cent of their television rights (The Times - MORE).
