West Bromwich Albion 0 Leeds United 5 - player ratings

It was hard to judge Leeds United's performance against such pliant opposition, but there was no doubt they deserved their 5-0 win over West Bromwich Albion.

As dismal as the Baggies were, elegant Leeds were lovely to watch, and could easily have scored more had they wanted to.

Stuart Rayner runs the rule over them.

Illan Meslier – needed to make one save when his team-mates switched off, and did 7

Stuart Dallas – kept pushing in the second half 7

Luke Ayling – demanded higher standards in the second half, and was happy to lead the charge himself at times 8

Pascal Struijk – hard to say – he was never tested 6

Ezgjan Alioski – lost his cool and got a booking but otherwise very good and he made the scoresheet 7

Kalvin Phillips – it is easy to take his quality for granted 7

Raphinha – outstanding from the winger, whose goal did him justice 8

Mateusz Klich – along with Jack Harrison, not at his best at the moment, he came off injured 5

Rodrigo – has added real quality to this squad, and scored a goal before taking a well-deserved 20-minute breather 8

Jack Harrison – not at his best right now but he still scored 6

Patrick Bamford – he didn't, which should probably frustrate him 6.
