Leicester City v Doncaster Rovers: Grant McCann's 'ultra positive' promise as Rovers eye milestone
YOU have to go way back to December 1902 for the last - and only time - that a Doncaster Rovers side has won at Leicester City.
Their other 15 visits have been depressingly consistent, including 14 losses and one draw.
Their last appointment, at the Foxes' present-day home of the King Power Stadium as opposed to Filbert Street, was a particularly painful one in May 2014 when Rovers suffered the cruellest of relegations to the third tier on the final day of the 2013-14 season.
Currently, Grant McCann’s side face a Leicester side reeling from a poor 3-1 home reverse to Peterborough United - with Russell Martin hardly flavour of the month with Foxes fans.

Despite Leicester’s lacklustre opening, in their first campaign in League One since 2008-09, McCann is not reading too much into their early-season struggles - or last weekend.
McCann, whose side have won their last three matches – all with clean sheets - said: "I don't think you can get bogged down too much on what teams have done in the previous game. I think we're still early in the season. We've got to take it for face value, what it is; it's the next game.
"We've got to make sure that we prepare right and we think we have this week. We get the game plan right, which we will do.
"We'll go there and be ultra-positive. We aren't going there to show any sort of fear to the players. We'll try and get after them."

Rovers must plan without Frankie Okoronkwo and James Collins; the duo—teammates at Lincoln City last term—are struggling with injuries.
McCann added: "They played together at Lincoln so they know each other pretty well.
"Obviously, they're both at different stages of their career. But they'll offer a lot for us winning them back. We just want to try and get them back as quickly and safely as possible."
