Middlesbrough manager Chris Wilder becomes strong favourite to take over at Premier League club
Scott Parker was sacked in the wake of the Cherries’ humiliating 9-0 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield at the end of August.
Ex-Middlesbrough player Gary O’Neil has indicated his interest in taking on the Bournemouth job full-time as he was put in temporary charge following Parker’s dismissal.

It has been a tough start of Wilder at Boro this term, with his side picking up 10 points from their opening 10 games to leave them in the relegation zone.
Last season, they missed out on a play-off place after finishing seventh.
The move in Wilder’s name up the betting markets represents a huge shift, with O’Neil the odds-on favourite on Sunday. The Boro boss did take training in the north east on Monday while reports have emerged that an official approach has yet to be made by Bournemouth.
