Carlos Corberan said the performance which Huddersfield Town delivered at Millwall on Saturday was "good", though he feels the Terriers have "had better."

An 18th-minute goal from Josh Koroma put the visitors in charge at The Den before Pipa and Lewis O'Brien struck late on to wrap up an impressive 3-0 success against opponents who began the weekend in the Championship's top-six.

"It was a good performance from minutes 10 to minute 35 of the first half and we took good control of the game. We had to do that otherwise they make you suffer," Corberan reflected.

"After the break it was a big improvement. We played with more personality and broke their press and unbalanced the game well. The team was very focused.

"Goals affect the confidence of the players so it's good to score three times. We're focused on creating chances and we did that throughout the second half.

"I think sometimes when you get the good result you think you have had a good performance. I think we've had better but we were good."

Victory lifts Huddersfield up to 12th in the Championship standings.
