New outcome predicted in Championship after Leeds United, Leicester City, Ipswich Town and Hull City twists

Good Friday served up Championship twists involving Leeds United, Leicester City, Hull City and more.

Ipswich Town moved top of the table, defeating relegation-threatened Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park. However, Leicester’s dismal run continued with a 1-0 loss to Bristol City.

Leeds remain unbeaten in 2024, but did drop two points on the road against Watford following a draining international break for the Whites. Further down the table, Hull City’s play-off hopes took a hit as the Tigers suffered a 2-0 home defeat to Stoke City.

Down at the bottom, Rotherham United’s plight worsened as they moved closer to relegation with a 3-0 defeat to Preston North End. Huddersfield Town’s survival hopes were also dented, as Coventry City ran out 3-1 winners at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Sheffield Wednesday avoided defeat against Swansea City but their 1-1 draw was not enough to lift them out of the bottom three.

Following a pulsating day of Championship action, here is how Football Web Pages expect the final table to look.
