Paul Warne on future of Rotherham United loanees

All three - who are contracted to the Millers on season-long loans - have yet to make a consistent impact in their time at the AESSEAL New York Stadium - and have recall clauses inserted in their deals.

Keeper Blackman - who returned to parent club Chelsea for injury treatment in November - has not featured since the 2-0 loss at Watford in early December and has been on the bench for the club's last three games, with Victor Johansson being preferred.

Leicester City striker Hirst, son of Sheffield Wednesday legend David, has made just three starts for the Millers, with his other 11 appearances coming off the bench. He has yet to find the net.

Dutch winger Jozefzoon, who joined from Derby County, has also failed to set the world alight thus far in 12 appearances for the club, with five arriving as a replacement.

On their future and the potential for them to leave this month, Warne - whose side visit Everton for an FA Cup tie on Saturday, with all three loanees being available - said: "They might do, (but) I don't think they will.

"In January, you have to move people out to get people in and fundamentally, our league position (means) we are not doing as well as we want, so everyone (clubs) is up for movement.

"At this moment in time, they are our players. We are going to use them, we are going to try and help them and get them as good as we can.

"That is as it stands now; in two weeks that might change and one of those two might come in and tell me they are not happy with their game time and they're done.

"If that is the case, then that's a conversation to be had. But at the moment, they are very much part of our plans and I don't see that changing."
