He was replaced by Rarmani Edmonds-Green and head coach Carlos Corberan is expecting to be without the experienced defender for the next few weeks.

"He felt something in his hamstring," said Corberan.

"For any player to ask for a change it is because they have an injury.

"I expect to not have him in the coming weeks."

Huddersfield won for the first time in five games as they came from behind to beat Middlesbrough.

The visitors, who are managed by ex-Town manager Neil Warnock, took the lead through Marvin Johnson.

Huddersfield hit back through Carel Eiting and Fraizer Campbell before Britt Assombalonga equalised with an 83rd-minute penalty.

Town took all three points when Josh Koroma won the game in the 85th minute with a superb strike into the far corner.

Corberan added: "The team had to show a lot of character in the game to get the three points.
