Rotherham United sign Celtic midfielder Allan
Celtic midfielder Scott Allan has joined Rotherham United on a season-long loan.
The 24-year-old will be reunited with Millers manager manager Alan Stubbs, after the pair worked together in Scotland at Hibernian.
Allen struggled for first-team starts at Celtic and has opted to return to England - where he previously had a spell at West Brom - and join the list of summer arrivals at the New York Stadium.
This week, Peterborough winger Jon Taylor arrived for a record transfer fee, alongside former Nottingham Forest defender Kelvin Wilson.
