The England U20 player featured in the Canaries’ Capital One Cup win at the AESSEAL New York Stadium in August, having spent last season on loan at Swindon Town, where he impressed under Mark Cooper.

That game represented Tofollo’s debut for Norwich, with the Norfolk club keen for the 20-year-old to gain experience at Championship level following his impressive stint at Swindon last season.

Tofollo’s arrival is timely with Joe Mattock set for a spell on the sidelines with a shoulder injury, with the ex-Sheffield Wednesday player visiting a specialist.

Tofollo, who has appeared for England at under 18, under19 and under20 level, could be handed an instant debut at home to Reading tomorrow, Redfearn’s first home match at the Millers helm.

On the newcomer, Redfearn said: “He is a really talented young boy with international recognition and we are really grateful for Norwich for letting us have him.

“He is a very attack minded left back and we have a problem with Joe and don’t know how long that is going to be and the lad is coming in for a month and we know he is not going to let us down.

“It will be a good experience for Harry and it is a real plus for us having someone so talented.”
